I went and got some hay today. My darn ears were ringing. Looked under the truck and the welds of the muffler were cracked clean through on the bottom of the muffler. That thing was killing me. Looks like I will be calling Banks on Monday. Pic is in my gallery waiting for approval. I will upload it later if someone dosen't beat me to it.

 

My ears still hurt...... Dang, I must be getting old.....Not good.

 

I had my Banks Exhuast pipe between the muffler and turbo shear in two (like someone took a saw and cut my piping all the way through). I was on I-210 in Pasadena in Socal. It sounded wicked and vibrated everything in the cab and the drone was so bad. I could not hear my passenger in the front seat. I had people in cars look over at me as I passed them doing 70 mph.

Once I reached Phoenix, Az. I had an offroad shop weld a sleeve over it.

 

Could you type a little louder? The picture is making too much noise. I guess that qualifies as a defect.

 

Let's hope it does so I can get another one. Looks like a cold weld.

 

Warrantied, Called them today. No fuss at all. Thank goodness.
