Thinking about injectors finally

So I got 110k on the stock injectors and everything seems to be ok. Been planning on upgrading to 90-100hp range ones.
So was wondering if these would be a good match for my mods and maybe whos got the best ones right now? Send stock ones out and rebuild or just change tips?

This is a HUGE debate, and a great question.

A lot of people myself included are now thinking when you have injector issues replace all 6 with New not reman Bosch injectors. As far as tips that's another ball of wax.
It's just not worth the money to try to repair these things, they are too sensitive, and the tolerances too tight, and why chance more down time and possible issues. This is my opinion

The 06-07.5 is an oddball with a tight 124* spray angle, while earlier models have a 143* angle. The pistons are different as well. Many companies try to push Bosch Motorsport nozzels (143*), why cause they are readily available, and cheaper.
Some are running the 143 with no issues, and some don't want to run the wrong angle. It's a rather large debate. I say just know the pros and cons to each.

As far as repair vs replace injector costs have come down a bit, I say just replace all 6. That's what I'm going to do when the time comes.

So is my best bet to call F1 or somebody and get them tested and tips changed or just order a new set in the hp range I want?

JMO, get new genuine BOSCH injectors. There are companies that sell them with performance tips, flowed and balanced ready to go. The main thing is make sure they are genuine Bosch, NON reman, and the spray angle you desire.

If you need some sources feel free to PM me, they are not site sponsors so I don't want to put them up.

You can also call an F1 dealer, I had Dons sticks they are nice but back when I had them he repaired them and I am no longer a fan of repaired injectors. Maybe things have changed and he has a competitive source for new ones. All I know is the vendors I'm talking about can get you new Bosch, performance injectors in the $2000-2500 range depending on how big you go.
