Hi guys, need some help! I just purchased a 2006 2500 and hooked my brake control up to the existing brake control wire that was under the dash. I did have to cut the connector off the end because that was not made for my control. But I hard wired it right up. All four wires were the same gauge and color as my brake control.

Issue- when I press my brake the small LED light comes ON on my brake control however when my trailer is hooked up the brakes don't work and I get NO readings on my controller !!!

Any ideas?
