Thinking About Injectors?'s

Can I do a set of injectors in my '04 305hp truck without and other fuel mods? I know these things are very expensive so if you know anywhere that has good deals shoot me a link. Thanks

Look at Scheid Diesel for injectors. I run their Lightining 50's (50 HP) and have no supporting mods. No issues at all so far.

Diesel Kong what made you go to 50hp injectors? What was the motivation.

thinking about injectors

I put F1 40hp injectors in my 03 SO and it was the best mod that I have made. Sure woke up the bottom end for towing. And they improved my milage both empty and towing.

The first injectors I put in were F1 40hp, good injectors.
My truck 2wd 65mph on highway, 24.8 mpg.

Yes you can, but I would get a boost fooler and an adjuastable boost elbow, along with boost and EGT gauges to monitor the enigne. You'll want to increase the boost on your HE341 to about 30-32 to keep the motor cool with the extra fuel.

I had to replace my injectors and quite frankly the Scheid's were cheaper than stock ones, so why not get some x-tra power? The Lightning 100's were cheaper as well, but I don't have the upgrades to support the x-tra fuel right now. These give a nice little boost in power along with the Quad boost fooler. I keep all my EGT's in check, even towing my TT (7000lbs) I really like them and the customer service is top notch as well. I think the Scheid CR injectors must be relatively new since I haven't seen anything on them. Funny enough, I had always wanted to buy something from Scheid (not sure why) so I thought I would take a look. That is where I found them and they are BRAND NEW injectors, not remans with new nozzles. They are Bosch bodies with Scheid nozzles.

Their prices are on the website. I found it to be significantly cheaper than stock or even remans. You can PM if you would like and I'll give you the price and who I talked with.

Why not?

Unless he is selling them he is welcome to tell what he paid for them and always has been.
