In tank lift pumps

How many miles are folks getting before the in tank lift pump fails?

Thanks,

I have only seen maybe a couple of threads on here over the years that say they have went bad.

The one on the side of my engine went at 79k. The truck now shows 139k and the in-tank replacement is still going strong.

Mine started going bad around 210,000 miles. It's an 05 so 7 years of time. It was replaced at 220,000 with a Fass 95 gpm pump with 3 micron filter water separator.

I'm constantly reading about FASS or Airdog's going out,but really rarely hear about the stocker's failing, especially considering the thousands in use out there.

My on engine pump died at 22k miles.
It was replaced with an in tank pump under warranty. I am now at 76k miles with no issues with the in tank pump. Once it goes, ill go aftermarket.
Sent from my car while driving 90 mph on the freeway.

Looks like my factory pump is starting to go bad. I was reading 10psi all the time. Suddenly now it's reading about 7 to 5 psi all the time. I think I will just replace it with an intank factory style pump.

I did change the 2 micron and factory filters with no noticable change. About 114k miles on the clock.
