I have not driven my truck since Nov. very much. The last time it was fueld up was with off road diesel. I put the Diesel Power stuff in the white bottle in it per instructions. I put about 6k miles onmy truck this year since the fuel filter was changed. Today I installed a Supechips programmer. I got it o run on Tow/Haul mode. I installed it and the truck smoked pretty good, and seemed to run pretty good, but acted like it didn't want to turn much over 2k rpm's. I took the tune out and it turned up better, but still didn't seem to really turn up. Is my filter clogged, fuel bad, air filter clogged (buddy said it was max pressure, but I have no idea how to tell), does the truck really need an aftermarket air filter (What about a k&n type that is a stock replacement). Thanks for the help. Oh and the truck has a straight pipe onit now. I have a new Baldwin fuel filter to put on it, but was wanting to burn more of the fuel out before I put new fuel and a new filter in. Thanks!

i would do fuel filter first. you can inspect air filter pretty easy. make sure you use a 7 micron fuel filter.

 

I am going to do the fuel filter. I have a Baldwin for my truck. I just need to know if the fuel sitting and the filter maybe being clogged could make it act this way when the programmer was put on it?
