I have been getting tons of pm's and emails about the Scout for these particular trucks so I hope this helps some.

First and foremost, we delayed the release a little for two reasons.

The most important reason was that we were not 110% satisfied with our Trans Slip %, current gear and converter lockup status parameters. These were all calculated previously and while they work good, they did not work perfectly! We have since spent a lot of time on just this subject and I am very happy to say we uncovered some really cool stuff and now this stuff is 100% accurate, no guessing now! This is something you will not find ANYWHERE else or on any other product except our Adrenaline!

Second, we combined the 5.9L and the 6.7L into 1 gauge! Not that it matters a ton for you 5.9L guys but, if you ever move up in year model, switch trucks or want to sell, it will either work or have better resale because it fits more trucks!

We plan to ship them before June 15th. I say before because we are waiting on 1 stinking cable harness and I have to rely on someone else for that. So as soon as they get here, we will ship them. Could be tomorrow (not going to happen) or it could be the 13th.

If it does not happen by the 15th, you might read about me on the news strangling someone with a wiring harness!!!!

As I said before, as soon as you get a turbo cool down feature I would ditch my EDGE. Do you have a date for that feature yet?

I really do not understand how you even ordered it? We never sent anything to our dealers, although most knew it was coming or that it was probably coming.

Just curious? You must be first in line!

 

He ordered it because I was told they were AVAILABLE for shipping by one of your employees. Since then the date has changed multiple times as it often does on a New product release date.

 

any answer on the turbo cool down timer feature question ?

Are you talking about for just the gauge or like on our modules?

The Adrenalines all have it built in.

The Scout has an add on, plug and play (plus power and ground for the TT) TT that we should have info out on in the next week or two.

Part of the hold up is, making a decision on how we are going to handle the 03-05 trucks. Some of them are no problem, and sometimes we get the 0480 code. Sort of a pain, does not affect anything, just a pain.

 

I disagree with the employee being a Ding Dong..I have dealt with her for several years and she has always been courteous and as helpful as she can possibly be, a real credit to your organization AND She deserves a HUGE RAISE

It was a simple mistake that anyone could have made, I believe if a person isn't making a mistake every now and then you need to fire them because they are not doing anything
