when tie into map harnesss , where do i tie the swicth in at i have a quad boost fooler and and predator puck do i put the switch at the map plug that plugs into those first or put it after the puck and fooler .

 

You should plug your puck into the map sensor, then the boost fooler. Now you want to do the switch to the Puck harness. Basically you are giving a false reading to the Puck but, the boost fooler will still work and tell the ECM that the boost is ok.

It may not work on the PUCK? It sounds like at higher boost levels the puck does not do too much anyhow??

I am not even sure which boxes it is going to work on. I just told a couple of guys a long time ago how to do it on our modules and here we are!!!!

 

So if i have boost fooler, and no chip, where do i hook the switch up, between the sensor and boost fooler, or the fooler and the wires running back to the ECM.

 

I hooked into the map harness that goes into the sensor on the top of the motor.

 

If you have no chip then the smoke switch will not work. You are not tricking the ECM, you are tricking the power module itself into giving full fuel off idle.
