I think the rattle on mine is not as bad with the beta program. I got the smarty when it was a little cooler outside, in the mornings it would rattle bad. I was wondering what was gonna come apart first. it doesnt seem bad at all lately. I leave mine on 9 all the time though.

 

My rattle has been reduced with the 4.4. Much better than version 309.
Should have heard mine with 309 and the Rokktech sensor. Sounded like an older 24v.
