Smarty Jr. owners - Please read
#242
That is my concern...Dont get me wrong, I think the Jr is an awesome product(you really see how good of a product it is when you have to go back to the stock setting for some reason). But I am stuck in the 40hp mode and would like to try the 70hp setting for a while. I havent done so due to the possibility of 70 and 100 being the same. Is this fixed with the revo?

well i thought i could tell a difference between the 2 on the revo program but now just doesn't smoke nowhere near as much and might just be me but doesn't feel like it has as much grunt as before. But again it might just be my head messing with me. But i am downloading the original software back onto the smarty cause to me it felt better and also i like the smoke.

Great to see I can finally talk about it. I have been running the Jr Revo for about 6 weeks now and I really like it. I guess I need to update to the final version, but the SW1 version and all of its options have been great.
Good work Bob and Marco.

Already dynoed them. This was the Revo Beta... so 1 and 3 are accurate, but 2 has been changed.
dynorun.002 stock truck
dynorun.004 Standard, original, Jr Software, SW#1
dynorun.008 Standard, original, Jr Software, SW#3
dynorun.014 Beta 4 Software, SW# 3
dynorun.016 Beta 4 Software, SW# 1
dynorun.018 Revo Software, SW#1, TM 0, TQ 0
dynorun.022 Revo Software, SW#3, TM 0, TQ 0
dynorun.025 Revo Software, SW#1, TM 3, TQ 0
Since I use SW#1 exclusively I have focused on that. In that run tq was defaulut. Then for timing dynorun 4 is TM4, dynorun 25 is TM3, dynoruns 16/18 are TM0/2 (same settings, just different days). TM1 would be the same as stock, dynorun 2.
As you can see, and as you would expect. The more timing the more hp/tq.. but also more smoke.

Bob/ Marco will have to chime in. When I dyned last month it had not, but Marco has since received a dyno to his office... So the corrected dyno sheet will have to come from Marco's shop.

yes corrected. I can't tell you guys its 70 ish but it is no longer very similar to sw#3 on either 503c/503d or beta 4.7 low smoke. Its in between. I have 3:73 with 35's and it does not slip my oem crap box. Before the revo program, the previous #2's did and really changed the throttle position like a Sr. in sw#5 and higher does.

Yes, peak gain is only about 10 hp, in fact on the other truck we dyno'd it was 0 hp. ( I had a dirty air filter on my stock run)... But look at the biggest difference in the 1900-2400 rpm area, as much as 55 hp (hard to see the yellow line)
