Smarty Jr, high charge voltages??

I recently downloaded Smarty Jr. to my SO 2003. Here is my ? I noticed volt meter is now reading over 14 volts where as previously it was something below 14 volts. I was told this change in charge volts was a result of Smarty incorporates Dodges latests ECM flash info so when you upload to ECM you get these updates, Has anyone seen this after loading Smart Jr.

Doesn't charge at all? Never noticed that on my truck it usually reads 14 or a tad higher.

Might that be from the grid heaters cycling?

I didn't put a meter on it but from the time motors starts the needle hangs around 13V, then in 5min it goes upt to 14.6V, I was concerned over boiling the batteries but apparently your hasn't, must be normal!
