My POD 6 was just updated to the latest and greatest. I then proceeded to update ecm from previous Smarty to stock. Been stock for over a year while parked. Started every month after connecting batteries. Started driving it again. Runs great as usual even stock, but stock isn't, nor, has ever been enough.

Got error 42, took 2 times to recover to stock. By passed TST with factory bypass cable set, usually I just turn all TST settings to zero when programming with Smarty (TST timing cables have been previously removed over a year ago due to conflicts with Smarty). Next I pulled fuel pump relay and abs fuses 35 and 6 as directed by an email from Bob, actually Bob did not mention fuse numbers. Plugged in Smarty and no display, no nothing! Before pulling fuses 20 minutes ago the Smarty was working. Brought inside and cabled to computer...lights up, no prob. Put fuses and relay back, still no display, no button does anything to try to wake it up!

What's interesting are a few new glitches that started after pulling the relay and fuses. My FOB does nothing now, not even the other seldom used one. The interior door lock switch only works with the ignition on!!! I also had to reprogram with the ignition switch for door locks to lock at 15 mph. Go figure.

Check all the fuses with meter.
