No, but an exhaust gas temperature (egt) gauge would be a better first choice.

I have the PMT and it has boost and EGT on it. How hard is it to install a fuel pressure and rail pressure gauge.

Not hard at all.If you like analog... or there are some digitals too.
Doesn't the pmt have rail?

Im not sure it has something called ICP and it reads about 7 at idle and 19-20 at WOT

Yes, that's it.(injection control pressure) x's 1,000
In that case , you would just need a low pressure gauge, if you want one.

Thank you for all your help. Im going to get a fass system should i wait to get the fp gauge or can i go ahead and do that anyway.

Egt's are the main thing to be concerned about while running a programmer while on the higher level your stock pump may draw down to 0 which is not the best for it or your cp3. Best to have a gauge before pushing it to hard also nice to have a baseline before doing a mod to better judge the results. Its not entirely nessecary but good to have.

He already has an egt gauge.
If you're going to get a fass,then you'll have way more fp than stock, so you can wait for the gauge when you can afford it or when ever you want.
