i have an Amsoil air filter with 30000 miles on it. The majority of those miles are interstate miles , doubt there are 100 miles of dirt road driving.
noticed the filter minder had pulled down into the red zone a few weeks ago. i removed the filter and blew it out well with compressed air and reinstalled.
after returning from east coast last week i rechecked it and was in the red zone again.
Going to replace it this weekend but am having a hard time justifying the cost of another Amsoil ??

Hmmm, thats some food for thought....
I dont have the filter minder on my truck anymore. Did the filter appear to be clean after you blew it out? Thats really weird that it already pulled it into the red again....
