i haven't heard too much about them. but according to their website they have been making air filters for 30 years and test to the ISO 5011 Air Filtration Standard. their filters also use 8 layers of cotton.. i was wondering if anybody was familiar with their air filters and/or their intakes.

I like the idea of having a closed top to keep the hot engine exahust out. But still retain the cooler air stock intake in the fenderwell. Maybe some experts will chime in.

 

I just bought and installed one. I'm thinking they must make the K&N filters, probably wrong. I switched out their filter for the AEM dryflow. With the S&B you must reuse the bottom 45 degree hose fromt he stock setup. This I like because I still can use my Turbo Air Guid (TAG). Over all with the dryflow the egts are noticebly lower and the boost seems a little better (Than the AEM setup). The S&B set really takes care of the heated air entering the engine.
The dryflow filter (9") runs around 46.00 bucks. A tad to big which left a gap between the box and the fender. I'll add some pictures later on.
