Which aftermarket injectors are you speaking of? High Pressure for a prolong period is not good and any injector. You Might want to research The 03-04 and 04.5-07 CR injecters. Now the 6.7 stix are much better With stainless nozzles but ours our brass.

Big sticks running lots of duration needs the extra pressure for the rail. Now I'm not saying run them at 27k psi all day long. Just for the dyno or the track.

Fair enough, Don is the one person I trust with regards to our injectors!! But I thought the 04.5 and up nozzles from Don used stock nozzles/blanks?? I know the 03-04 nozzles use a completely proprietary nozzle, as do the Bosio Sprint nozzles. Just curious I hadn't heard the Bosch nozzles were brass before.

if i had your mods, i'd run aftermarket injectors (#3) and pressure 4 as a starting point and back down the pressure if the readings are off the chart....i've run pressure 3 on my stock injectors and it's close, but less than beta 4.2-4.4

look at your rail pressure readings and decide what is best for your setup. The Smarty really raises the pressure up on my stock pump. I would leave it on stock RP for daily driving.
