Read Before You Buy BD Twins
This thread is wrong on so many levels I don't hardly know where to begin.....
To start with it is nothing but unacceptable vendor bashing in the manner in which it has been done here. If there is a problem with a product you purchase you SHOULD contact the vendor and give them an opportunity to make it right BEFORE you go on a bashing spree on the internet.
For all we know, if someone had bothered to call BD to complain about this, they may very well instead be posting how wonderful BD's customer service is but we will never get to see that here.
All this thread has accomplished is to blindside a vendor in a very unfair manner, having never even given them a chance to right what is possibly nothing more an oversite in quality control.
I can understand posting something of this nature AFTER the vendor has failed to right a situation in a satisfactory manner, but that opportunity was never even offered to the vendor in this situation.
On top of that we have people who are not even involved in the situation, nor even seen the product, jumping on the bashfest wagon to help drive it down the road. I am ashamed to even see that stuff happen here, especially from members who should know better.
I am closing this thread as it serves absolutely NO good purpose for anyone, and I suggest to all parties involved to use they're brains before posting in this manner.
A situation like this could have been a shining moment for everyone, if it were only handled in an adult manner.
