As some of you may know, I have a little red box next to my name.

I'm so used to posting on another forum, that sometimes I get ahead of myself and forget the rules.

I like everyone here, and find this site very, very useful.

I've argued with some of the decisions made against me, but now I realize that I was wrong.

I'm glad to have a place like this, and members like you guys.

I want to apologize to Jack Thorpe and Larry Ellis for my rudeness, and want to make it right.

I'm a great guy to know, and fun to be around - and I hope that you understand my sense of humor.

I want to be liked by all of you, and demand your respect.

You all sound like a bunch of great people to know.

This site is geared towards the family and intelligent population, and I want to help keep it that way.

Also, I don't want to have a red rep box...

If you feel that I'm sincere, please help a fellow diesel enthusiast out by telling me what you think.

I try to add a little humor here and there, but can never seem to get it right...

I honestly don't mean to link to profanity or questionable content...

I will check the links I provide 12 times over from now on.

Also, I'll try my best to help members in need of assistance.

Red box gone.

A general statement not aimed at Michael in particular, but at anyone who happens to get caught breaking a DTR rule:
Personally I think these public apologies are a bit over the top. 98% of the members never saw what you posted and have no idea it ever happened. The other 2% may not have been offended. The admin who caught you is probably not offended either, he's just doing his job enforcing the rules.

It's like getting pulled over by the cops for speeding or blowing a Stop sign. Cooperate, be polite, offer an explanation if any, take the ticket and go on about your business - and remember not to do THAT again.

 

Bullet, we don't have anything againse you at all. Like has been said, the guys here are just enforcing the rules when they need to and it's nothing against you as a member at all. Your post is appreciated.

The other forum I post on has no rules at all...

And sometimes I slip up and offend someone...

I know I went a few rounds with Jack over that Irwin thread... and I was wrong.

Hey, I know it makes me look like a brown-noser or whatever...

But when other members see that red box they don't tend to take the member who posted, serious...
