Rail Problems

I know Old Smokey and I had this going but i cant find our original thread. My 04.5 is having some issues...

First when stacked with orignal smarty tune and mp-8 i couldnt hold my rail above 19000 it would spike after i let out of it and hit 20 21 with mp-8 at 100%.

I had TS check over the MP-8 and they found it to be all good. Then with beta 4.3 and mp-8 100% Same results under full throttle the rail would drop when first hit then struggle to climb to 19ish then spike to 25 26 after I let out.

Then 65-80 cruising rail holds at 20 with beta 4.3 mp-8 0%.I think i have seen a couple guys complain that this is part of the 4.3 program but when i returned the pickup to stock and mp-8 0% i still see 17 at that speed. isnt this high?

Any thoughts are much appreciatted. cp3 is untouched, fuel pressure right before cp3 is 18-20. We did test the RV but seemed to check out ok.

thanks joel, so i guess 17 is right in normal. im guessing with 1.5s stock it will be down. but i still think that we have a weak link some where...cp3 to injectors/rail area. anyone else have a suggestion. i guess our next plan is to cap the rail to again make sure then attack the fca/cp3.

when my filters restrict or the pump weakens my rail pressure will do the same thing.
