Rail Pressure Sensor Torque spec?

I have the 2004.5 ram 2500 diesel. Im replacing my Rail pressure sender today. What is the torque spec for it? in my haynes manual it only gives me the FCA regulator torque but not RP sender torque? Would 10 ft lbs be too much? and also should put it in dry to with no thread goop or teflon tape right?

70 N.m or 52 Ft. Lbs. I'm not sure what you guys use on the other side of the waterfall. Do not put any kind of sealer or tape on it.
