Questions

Hello all.
I currently own a 03 D.D. w. 80 thousand miles on it. I would like to get a exhaust system, but I do not know which one to get, I also need some help in finding out what I should get for my truck to help the engine run more efficent and save on wear and tear. The ttruck is used for hauling cattle and farm work. I used to just do basic previntive maintenance, but I like my truck and would like to make it last for a long time. Thanks.

Welcome

See about gettin all your trucks details in you sig.

If I was you I would just get the muffler cut off and see how you like that. You have a 3.5" downpipe but until you start steppin up in mods I wouldnt bother changin that out.

About makin the truck more efficent, I would just be patient and read on here for a month or two and make your own decision. You will get a lot of good opions on here but in the end it is your truck and your desicion.

Good luck

Welcome to the DTR, reno25! First, please fill out your signature, click on userCP in the top left of the screen, then on edit signature on the left side of that page. This way, we always know what you are talking about.
As for performance stuff, any exaust that is more free flowing is better, I just took the mufler off and added a piece of straight pipe. I also added an aftermarket air filter, with a DIY cold air intake. That will get you started. There are a few towing modules out there, but I have no experience with them. Good luck!
