I was just wondering how the Quadzilla and Edge monitor systems get the data they get. Are there pyros on the vehicle stock, or how do they get the temps they get? Do they have sensors in all the other areas, or is it just a computed number from the ECM based on a logarithm on what the data SHOULD be at a given speed, pedal pressure etc.?

 

there is no pyro on the vehicle stock. you must install one. not hard to do.

 

Alright. Everything I want to do will void my warranty. This is not good having to wait about 60000 more miles!

 

talk with your dealer first. most are willing to discuss the installation of gauges. my dealer saw my gauges and did not give me any grief over them.
