Here is the deal . installed this on my 2006 3500 , right off the bad i got a check eng light,, code#p0133 ,, i know what it is but i dont know is why it pulling up that code,, i have checked all the wires,plugs and every thing is right,, I took it off and put on the bypass plug and cleared the code, and it all good with out it,, soooo is this right , does this thing set codes and light up the check eng light, and will I have to drive around with the light on or is there something wrong or something i did not do right ,, and help would be great ,

I had one on my 06 & never threw a code.

check the ends of the new wires, mine had one pin that had not been inserted correctly. I called and they sent me new wiring and no more lights.

Mine is a 98.5 but could be the same problem

When I installed my XZT I got one plug on 180 degrees off, pushed on like it was right but it wasn't and I got that code.

I have had one on my 06 for over a year and no codes. I would double check all connections.

This is what i found , in one lf the plugs i found a wire that was not pushed up in to the plug all the way , and was not in contacted with the other end,, after looking at it and took the plug apart, i had gotten it to where it should be , now i have no codes whoooo whoooo
