Quad Std. 30-60-100 Hp Chip
What setting does everyone get the best mpg, 30, 60,100 hp?

That's hard to answer, because I run mine on the 60 h.p. setting 99% of the time, and when on the 100 h.p. setting I usually have it floored!

As I'm looking at these boxes myself, what does it take to change modes on the Quad box? Is there a switch? Can you do it on the fly?

I used to run a Quad Race box and the lower the setting the better the mileage. There is a **** that you can adjust on the fly....

Like Dodgezilla said, you adjust settings by turning a ****, and it can be done on the fly. If I could find the friggin' digital camera I'd post a pic of where I mounted mine.

I get my best mpg on the 60 hp setting.

My best has been on the 100HP setting, on cruising type roads. In town 100 should be fine on low geared trucks and autos, but I run 60 in town. If in a stop sign forest maybe 30.

For me I'm getting the best mpg at the 100 hp setting. Second best with the 30 and the worst mpg with the 60 setting.
