I am running setting two (60HP) and i am coming up on 700 miles and my light is not on yet and I have a little over an 1/8 tank left. This is not the best tank ever, but I have alot more idling since the truck runs a little more for the AC. I would say 1 - 2 would turn out to be the same. 1 does smoke a little less for me though. I can get good on both 60 and 100. On the 100 you do have to control your self or it all go's away. On #2 I'm averging 18.2 and 0n #3 with self control it's 17.4-18.1 hand calculated 1/2street-1/2 hwy. It will very alot cause some guys are saying there getting mpgs in the low 20's I'll never see it oh well I'll take 17-18 on this big truck.

I run on level 2 and occasionally on 3. I think I get the better mileage with 2 cause I keep my foot out of it. Seems to get good mileage when going 2100 RPM's.

I believe PL2 should give the best mileage, since it provides more effective timing than PL1 w/o the WOT-inducing PL3 factor.

How high (and how fast) do your EGTs get when rowing through the gears WOT on PL3?

pl 2 (60 hp) is the towing/economy setting on the standard box and pl 1 (60 hp) is the towing economy setting on the race box

On mine at WOT on 3 it will top at 1500 then dive right back too 700-800 once I hit 70mph then I back off. If I can control my self it seems like on 3 my egts are about 100 degrees under lvl2 driving the same way. ITS ALL GOOD. I really like how responcsive it is on 3 but it makes you have lead foot 2 is the better for every day nice pick up and you aren't as eager to open a can you know. Finally seen my highest boost of 42 not bad conpaired to stock of 30ish
