I'm running the SC Flashpaq and just added a Quad boost fooler. Theoritically speaking should'nt the boost fooler help add a little more power in the top end by fooling the truck to keep fueling? The truck does seem a little smoother when driving or gettin on it.

 

I get a faster spool up and lower egt's (less smoke) with my set up. I cant really tell any SOTP performance.

 

Me too. My boost went from 34psi max to 43 psi max.

 

Of course, I got a nice bump in MAX boost PSI when I was running mine...biggest benefit for me was the lower EGTs when I was towing.

 

I have the same setup & run mine in performance mode with the boost fooler. If you ever have any doubts as to how big a difference the fooler makes, just disconnect it & drive around for awhile. Mine made all the difference. It is as close to an extreme setting as us Flashpaq owners are ever likely to see. In addition, the truck runs appx 200 D. cooler when under load.

 

when i dynoed last fall there was another truck there that was running the same setup as me but he did not have a boost fooler and i made 35hp more than he dynoed

 

Agree. My boost fooler lowered my EGTs as well.
