That is radical. Did you see the new DIesel Builder magazine? They dyno a 2004 before & after a Diablo stack and a boost cooler set up. They finish at 470hp/960, through an automatic.

yeah i was playing already and started in 3rd and when i shifted to 4th it broke the tires loose and then the clutch slipped (pretty bad) so i am saving for one and i will leave it on the stacker exteme and be easy

More and more people are saying this exact same thing, pretty good.

I had mine on perforance (non-stacker) tune today, and will definitely be putting it back to the tow stacker before my road trip this weekend. Wayyyy too much for my needs

Link to the boost cooler? I just got the stack and on performance it is a huge difference. I will be getting a egt gauge next.

everybody has good things to say about the diablo. I have told a few local guys with 03s to try them they say they are happy with them. I may just try one out at some point on mine.

Yes, I am 95% sure that is the name. I am at work right now. The article does not even specify if it is an 04 or an 04.5 Cummins (unless I missed it). I must say the magazine is a rip off, it is more expensive than Dieselpower, but about 2/3 the size. I think it has a white Ford on the front. It is a great tech article though. It made the price of the mage worth it to me. I have read it 3 times. Before they do the test they built up the auto trans and put in a Fass fuel/air seperator. Then they do a baseline dyno that, if I recall correctly, is in the mid-high 200's and mid-high 500's. They install the puck & dyno, then the boost cooler & dyno, then the programmer. Great tech article.

The mag is Diesel Builder. The only reason I bought it was for the Predator/Puck story. I'm sure the truck is an '04, the valve cover does not say "600", it says "24V". The baseline #'s on the truck were 269 HP & 530 ft. lbs. The puck added 51 HP. Then they added Snow Perf. Water/Meth which added 102 HP. Then they added the Predator which added 48 HP (seems kinda wimpy)
They didn't do a dyno run with just the Predator/Puck which is kinda disappointing because that's what most guys would be running in the real world. Total output was 470 Hp, 960 ft. lbs.
