Question Please Help! Is my Truck Driveable??

Hey guys,

It has been 10 LONG weeks that my truck has been undergoing modifications and it's killing me. The work is almost done, I just have to have my injectors done by Don M. and get the Floor-It CP3 in and figure out the intake situation and she's good to go (for now! ).

My question is, with all of my mods can I drive the truck safely (not going for max speed or acceleration or towing) without the injectors and CP3 mod? I need to use the truck but am not sure if it will work without those products. Please let me know what you think!

As long as it has an injection pump and a set of injectors in it and everything else is connected and working properly, I'd drive the fool out of it.

That's why I said "AN" injection pump and "A" set of injectors then drive it. I didn't say the new ones. The old stuff will run it just fine until the new stuff gets here.

Your fine to drive it, I am waiting for my injectors as well and drive mine everyday. I am happy with the twins without the injectors, I cant wait till I run them with the injectors. But right now I cant afford the upgraded cp-3. Also I had some electrical issues this week with the starter and starter selinoid, so I set the truck back to stock power to do some testing and local driving and the stock truck will spool my twins, not great but it is still very driveable.

Thanks Guys. I will be giving it a shot on Thursday it looks like!

Big Blue,

Sorry for the confusion. I know you said "an" injector and "a" set of injectors. Since most people use those terms to new ones (since the truck already has them stock) I assumed you did too.
