I have a 05 and bought the straight tube pipe from Geno's Garage for 95 bucks. I like the sound, loud enough for me to hear it in the cab but I can still enjoy the other things on the truck. Also the truck has the cat on it. The exhaust is 4 inch stock waste of money to buy bigger unless your going to lay on the power. Also when buying gauges make sure you get a boost bolt, it doesn't come in the autometer boost gauge.

So you are saying that unless you have some serious power, the stock 4" is good enough and the 5" and 6" are a waste? Im just looking to do chip, intake, intercooler and that intake manifold and any other little supporting mods but I still want to keep my stock turbo. So I should start off by with a simple straight pipe that eliminates the muffler but still keeps the CAT. Whos "Geno's Garage" and should I keep the cat or no?

www.genosgarage.com they sell parts and accessories

Technically you have to keep the cat. Federal emissions requires all vehicles sold with one have an operable cat... But if it was my truck, I would probally cut it off, and keep it, in case it has to go back on and put a piece of pipe in. But I would be violating a federal law by operating the truck.

Dont waste your time doin that intake manifold. You wont get any gains from it at all with a stock turbo. I wouldnt bother with the intercooler either unless your EGTs become an issue. I think you would be better off with a torque converter and valve body. You would certainly feel more of a difference in the way it drives. With the stock turbo a 4'' exhaust is good enough for sure.

xzillaraider is the name of a box/chip made by quadzilla diesel performance. Verypopular on this site. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Unless you want more than 425-450 hp a 4" exhaust should do fine.

Do a "Search" You'll get alot of info quicker
