Pull out the exhaust maniflod and loosen some of the hanger bolts for your exhaust so you slide back your exhaust a little. Then all you need is time.

I was thinking about just pulling the manafold right off and doing it that way. Its only a dozen more bolts. How hard can it be. If I pull off the manifold, do i need new gaskets or is there even any in there. I've never looked that close.

I put a ATS manifold on when I did my turbo swap. There are I think 18 exhaust gaskets. If I remember right there is 3 per cylinder. I too have a ProStreet 66 (71 series turbo) and it has been a good turbo.

If you pull the manifold you should be able to re-use the stock gaskets. Use some tack and stick them to the head. It will make your life a whole lot easier.

I got the super stock 62. The 71 Series comes with a 14 housing. Dave at HTT told me the 71 mm turbine will spool a little better than the standard 65mm. I shouldn't have any lag at all, the diablo stack fuels pretty hard down low.

18 is right. Yes you should be able to reuse your gaskets I did. You have one bolt holding on a bracket that is a PITA.
