My 04 started in 18 degrees this morning, no grid heaters. Forgot to plug it in. I have flux 4.3s in it and it started real quick. Some smoking but not excessive considering. I dont get a check engine light but the codes for low voltage are stored in the ecm. Should be testing the race smarty (230hp) this weekend and I will post if the check engine light stays off. Tim

It's weird...mine used to store the code with no CEL. Now I get a CEL almost every time it's cold outside.

The only time my truck didn't start with the Delete was -26 degree C but it was the batteries not the fuel...jumped the batteries with the warm jeep and it started on the first crank...note to self...get battery warmers. I strapped the gridheater to the outside of the intake horn....it warms the horn...No codes....all is good....Took it in for service and the boys...who heard me complaining about the no start put the grids back in. I'll take them out...I find I don't need 400+hp when the road, trees, truck is covered with 1/2" of freezing rain.ks

Sorry I missed a bunch of posts in transit....My II 62LPM needed nitrous to get clean...the superB to S400-80 twins would not clean them up at 75+psi. 78lpm....you will need more than a stage 3....I had the Super CP3.4 fed at 50psi to the 85psi gear pump. That said...my Flux 3.3's made more power with less smoke with my setup as I didn't use NOX. KS

Just wanted to give everybody an update on the latest flow test. The below link is to the official Bosch test stand print out. At the bottom left hand (I marked it) you'll see the ltrs/hr which is the flow amount we've all been talking about. Remember, stock is 180 lph.

OK, I think that the 50% over volume delivery is great and sets a good mark to match. The only usage of the Stage 3 is for those doing DHRA where you must use the stock pump...for now...if its like all other HRA's then soon they will be allowing only the stock flow pump.

I say that the only usage is because any dual pump will deliver 100% or more and a Super 130%. Don't get me wrong...the best solution is a single modded pump that is plug and play. Pricing with me has been the issue. Yep it is alot of work, but it is not a whole new pump....but to me the pricing needs to be something close to 500 for a stage 1, 750 for a stage 2 and 1000 for a stage 3 since Dual setups are dropping to 1500 plus a pump.

I would still like to see a comparison of all the pumps on a flow bench and then a truck. Competition is a double edged sword...Everyone would want the different stages at the prices I suggest but because the sales are split between so many companies there is not the volume to get the price down with any one vendor.

In closing, John has been the honest to goodness leader in single pump modding and he deserves kudos and I hope everyone gets a stage 3 from Floor-IT....I probably will....cause I seem to have one of everythingKS

Yes, they are huge...waaay too big..and its not too late for twins pumps either...rumor on the street is that an even cheaper set of twin CP3's will be out before long.

What'd you end up doing with the 3.4?

John, sweet numbers
