Also, when i bought my DDW4, there was no floor it stage 3 available, and DDW has AWESOME customer service, which goes a long way in my eyes. I dont even know how many hours i have spent on the phone with Bobby. Also my DDW4 is a NEW pump that has been modded, didnt trust the core too much it had 100k on it with 80hp injectors and no aux. fuel system before i bought the truck. the DDW4 is going on friday, assuming my monster FASS shows up, the 150/150 wont cut it.
Any word on the head to head flow testing? Let's get down to the bottom of this, because from what I know, those flow numbers posted above from the comp diesel thread may not be actual results.

Im running a stage 2 from john at floor it. It is one of the best things i have done! I went from 526hp and 1062tq to 686.5hp and 1486tq with the pump change! I ran tst with twin late program. I feel my injectors are holding me back at this time and i will be running flux injectors in the future. John's work is hard to beat the numbers speak for them self. When the stage 3 comes out i will have one on my truck with a set of fluxs.

Correct....the 150 GPH max pressure is about 21ish in the FASS application......any higher and the motor amperage is in the red and life is cut way down.

If the pump needs a supply of 50psi at 150gal per hour....every day then I'm impressed. With my CP3.4 I could run the LP at 30 psi and it would pull down to just less than psi....At the track I'd restrict the return line and get a loud 50psi and it would drop to 30psi....and by the amount of smoke at 90psi of boost...fuel was not in short supply. That FASS is over 3 years old and has over 160k miles on it...and it is the old style and its still awesome....I'm hoping I can find some downtime to send the pump in for an upgrade.

Like I said I'd like to see a Wicked, DDW, Floor-It and II dynoed with some Flux 2, 3, and 5's...on the exact same truck with big supply flow and big air to burn it all...FLOW testing is useless for real world performance for me.

I've got a Floor-It Stage 2, a PPE dual fueler, and a II CP3.4....but I'm still interested in the super stock pumps. Kerry

i was inquiring for my own information, to see how many cc's they flow compared to the injectors i have...which i didnt get from bobby.

Besides, theres alot more to Don's injectors than hole size/cc's.

Well flow testing is good enough for just about everyone else, including the pump builders. That's the only way to see what a pump actually does.

If you need to test different pumps with YOUR specific setup then get to work and let us know the results.

If anyone wants to send me a pump to test over a Floor It pump go ahead and send it to me. Heck send one of II Stage 3 pump to why and one is willing to send one. I will do a flow test at a diesel shop not to far from me in MO. I know John will send me a Stage 3 to test as he know what the pump flows and is not worried about everyone elses.
