Question New To Dodge/ What to expect

I just bought a 2006 Dodge Sport 4x4 Diesel 5.9. Have never owned a Dodge before, but have heard plenty of good about it. What should I expect? We pull heavy equipment and trailers. Our Ford does really good, but we decided to go with something else.

only you will be able to tell the tale of what you think between the two, I have heard nothing but good in the comparison though. I just bumper pulled a 7000lb boat this past weekend for 300 miles and used 3/4 tank, so about 12 mpg. Not to mention the 800lb of gear in my bed.

Thumbs up Ford... "Work Truck"? LOL

We used to use F350 for service trucks - they pretty much started to come apart at 60K - 70K miles. I've seen light-duty Fords stay on the road forever, but if you're gonna work it hard, you can't beat the HD Rams.
They're simply engineered better inside & out - not perfect, but better than the others by a country mile!

A buddy blew his powerstroke a couple months ago. Ford said they couldn't fix it and replaced the truck. He insisted that they replace it with a Dodge, but they declined. He's about to trade the brand new replacement truck for a RAM.

Thanks, sounds like as soon as we get the ball installed we can start with no problems. Thanks again for the input.
