Need Help Verfying Boost Numbers

Just install Triple Dog and Outlook on my 04.5 CTD and the most boost I'm seeing is 22 psi. Are these numbers normal for a stock turbo. Seems a little low to me. Pulls real hard from the bottom, but seems a little enemic on top.

ehh thats probably normal for stock. Order a boost fooler from Quadzilla and you'll see around 40psi. its definitely worth the price Quad sells them for!!!!

You should be seeing around 30 psi. Try the boost fooler, you need one anyways. Where do you have your guage hooked up?

mine was around 22-25 stock 32 with the bddl

On my 04.5 completely stock the boost spiked to about 32psi and would sustain 28-30psi on WOT. This is about the norm for 04.5 and up stock boost.

Seems like your seeing below stock readings. I assume the Outlook is getting boost readings from the ECM, but I don't know for sure. Is there some setting on the Outlook that would limit boost??

I couldn't find anything in the instructions that would limit boost

I'm hooked to the ECM through my Outlook. I need to check my peaks in the Outlook to see what it says.

hmmm, still seems very low, is that with a auto or standard? You may have some slipping in either your tq or in the clutch (depending on auto or tranny) that could cause you to not reach full boost
