Hello all just got bac from a trip to Miami and have some numbers for everyone to compare with there own. At 70 mph on performance I got 18.7, at 75 I got 16.9. On extreme at 70 I got 19.2 and at 75 I got 17.8. I would like to get some reports on what everyone else is getting

Are you hand calculating or are these numbers off of the overhead?

I made a 2600 mile round trip running in performance. The best hand calculated average was 16.7. This is with 2.5 front springs and 315 70 17 tires. I calculated at the first couple fill ups but lost interest after that. I do know that on the way back pulling about 2500 lbs and 1000+lbs in the back of the truck runnin 80 I got 7.5 mpg in performance.

Ive been running to Phoenix this week from Tucson. I got about 16.8mpg hand cal. on tow setting. I also did acouple days set to stock and got 13.8 to 14.4 .It is pretty much a flat trip about 230 round trip all interstate except 5 miles in traffic to job site. i usually run about 77 mph on cruise.

I have no box(yet) but with nelson 51,no cat driving really really good not going above 2000 rpms and excelerating really slow overhead said 15.5 to 16.4 but by hand i only got14.7 my truck is auto and only has 2900 miles on it, does a box really increase mpg that much?

If you can keep your foot out of it.You can hard to do with all the power there.

I also have the triple dog and I have dissapointed with the "claims" of increased mileage. I do not drive mine any different now than I used to and the mileage is about 14.5. Really no difference than what I was getting before. But, the power is nice and is as advertised.
