Max boost with Edge elbow on a 03 HO ?

I was seeing 22-24lb max.
Now on 80hp setting and WOT, I'm seeing 32lb max. I don't want to kill the turbo.

What is everyone else seeing?

That's normal. It's called Boost Fooling.

Actually I don't think it is.
This is actual boost, I don't have the attitude. These numbers are taken from an analog boost meter.

Yes it's actual boost. Your box, on the high settings, allows for more boost due to boost fooling. It fools the computer into thinking you are making less boost therefore allowing you to make more without the computer defueling....

Ok, I see your point and I agree.

But....
My question is still not answered. I wanted to know if everyone else was seeing that kind of preasure with the elbow and was 32lbs safe on the 03 turbos.

Also it jumps right up to that when you excellerate hard, fast.

For the '03-04 HO anything above 28psi is hard on the turbo. Really heats them up.

This is a great article on the 305/555 engine and directly answers your question about boost levels http://www.drperformance.com/TDR48.pdf
