Lost Of Power
I've mentioned this in another post and nobody had any suggestions. I'm noticing that when I have the BD turned all the way up at a certain point I feel the truck get sluggish. This usually happens by the time I grab fourth gear while I'm hammering it. Or if I'm rollin' down the highway and hammer it by the time its hittin' around 100 MPH it seems like its kind of running out of fuel. From then on its sluggish. If I stop and turn the truck off for at least 5min. it will line back out until I do it again. It only does it when the BD is turned all the way up. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you are a candidate first for a better lift pump. That isn't going to entirely solve your problem, but it is going to go a long way towards fixing it. You are looking for a gearator style pump that is going to push a fair amount of fuel to keep up with that programmer.
I agree. My stock pump couldn't keep up with the Bully Dog and I had the same problem. You need an upgraded lift pump to run it on that high of settings. It would be a good idea anyways...
Ok, I'm still kind of learning about diesels. Also, I really didn't have this problem until I changed the turbo. so actually I wasn't quiet for sure if that was the problem or not. Any suggestions on a good brand of lift pump?

If you can ever get your truck hooked up to a good scanner that will show your rail pressure you can get a pretty good idea on where you are fuel wise. It will show you your desired psi versus the actual psi. If there is more than about 4000psi difference under hard acceleration time for more fuel.
I happen to know a company that sells one that is 165gph idles at 16psi. It is a gearator style so they are very reliable. That company might even have a good deal for forum members.... PM me for pricing...
Yes you will have to modify what is in the tank. Our kit includes the in tank modification. We still use the stock pickup tube, we just take the factory pump out and put in a replacement pickup tube. Not too big a job.
