I don't know for sure. But I think I remember that all of the settings add pressure, even the 30 hp setting. The 60,100 hp settings do timeing and pressure. The higher the hp. The higher the pressure. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

You can only get somewhere around 25-30hp with timing. On the 60hp setting there is roughly 20hp with timing, 20hp from duration and 20hp from pressure. The pressure is not really an increase in pressure, but a change in the fuel pressure map. Most 04.5-06 trucks will run in the 23K range give or take 500psi. I have seen 24K in the right conditions. So we don't really raise the rail in the lower settings we just re-map them. In theory this is not raising the rail, but earlier in the curve we do raise it. WE might make it 17K instead of 15K.
As far as stacking it we have had some people have good luck stacking with the TST and others say it won't stack at all. WE are working on a product made specifically for stacking that will be priced similar to teh XZT so it is cheaper for guys that want to stack.
The 130/140 horsepower setting are where you can get the rail in the 25.5K-26.5K range more consistantly and not on a spike. The rail pressure sensors are pretty spikey with the pulses from the cp3 so you have to average spikes out.
Hope that helps.

I have the XZT tow box and I love it. Any time I called in the past with a question, Quad's people were helpful and quick with an answer.
Now, Quad, my question is, will there be anything from you we could stack with the XZT or add to the XZT box???

as one of the beta testers the wife and i are very happy ...
no problems what so ever ... hooked it up in about a half an hour and have never looked back ...
we keep it on 60hp all the time ... for the sake of the 47re
but the wifes favorite memory with the quad was on the interstate on the way home one day she got passed by a second gen with stacks and a duramax messing with each other, she "set the quad on 140 and blew by them both" ...
kinda funny to hear a 130 lb registered nurse bragging that way ...
it was the only time that SHE ever turned the box up all the way
