buddie of mine has a 06 that has a few mods nothing major, he wants to know what is a good lift pump?

 

I like my Air Dog 150, what kind of mods? Something small, he could go with a Raptor 100 or Air Dog 100.

If he wants room to grow, go with a 150 or bigger.

Lately, a popular choice has been a raptor to the stock canister, then to a GDP MK-2 two micron stand alone filter...

yea i run a fass on my 2nd gen. he is just running a edge max mileage and bypass amosil thats all i know he is running or telling me. lol thanks for the help guys!

 

Very late to the thread but I am running a Walbro GSL-392 pump with a 18 psi relief valve and it is a great setup. Quiet, small, and inline. I have it mounted on the driver's side frame rail with a little isolation wrap and do not hear it anytime.

Maximum capable pressure is 60 PSI. I have never drawn it below 15 PSI at WOT, 4th gear, pulling a steep mountain grade with a 35 foot trailer trailer in the Rocky mountains.

I have added to the GDP 2 micron fuel filter system (FS1212 and FF5320 elements) post fuel pump. Using Fleetguard FF5079 filter screen pre-fuel pump. Use a Fleetguard FS19857 (7 micron) in the stock filter housing in case some neoprene line sloughs off after the GDP filter system.

With some extensive knowledge of the filters that come on the kits I highly recommend a stand alone pump with 2 additional filters, ran thru the OEM filter.
