Isspro EV & EV2 gauges
Isspro EV & EV2 gauges
Do the Isspro EV and EV2 gauges match close enough to use together? Specifically, do they look the same at night? I want to get rid of my mechanical FP gauge and replace it with an electric-sender model.
I'm tired of my gauge reading lower day after day and needing to top off the isolator every other weekend.
Any other ideas?
thanks,
garrett

I kind of agree with you, I recently installed the mechanical style FP gauge. Worked great for the first couple of weeks, now the pressure is varying between 13-19psi.
While we are on the topic, what is everyone running as far as fuel pressure. I have a Walbro 392 pushed pump on the frame rail. Running a TST programmer. Are my pressures normal?

*When* the fuel pressure gauge actually feels like working, I get a solid 15psi. I can get it to drop to 13-14psi if I floor it, but it recovers after about a 1/4 second.
I just talked with a tech from Geno's that told me of the differences. The bezel is slightly larger on the EV2, and the face is therefore a tad bit smaller.
Here's a pic of the EV for comparison.
