Isspro EV & EV2 gauges
Do the Isspro EV and EV2 gauges match close enough to use together? Specifically, do they look the same at night? I want to get rid of my mechanical FP gauge and replace it with an electric-sender model.
I'm tired of my gauge reading lower day after day and needing to top off the isolator every other weekend. Any other ideas? thanks, garrett |
i was looking for the same info and got on isspro's website. They look close enough to me.....Im going to do the same thing you are once money is better

They look the pretty close, but I wanted to hear from someone that's mixed them already.

Any installed pics?

I kind of agree with you, I recently installed the mechanical style FP gauge. Worked great for the first couple of weeks, now the pressure is varying between 13-19psi.
While we are on the topic, what is everyone running as far as fuel pressure. I have a Walbro 392 pushed pump on the frame rail. Running a TST programmer. Are my pressures normal? |

*When* the fuel pressure gauge actually feels like working, I get a solid 15psi. I can get it to drop to 13-14psi if I floor it, but it recovers after about a 1/4 second.
I just talked with a tech from Geno's that told me of the differences. The bezel is slightly larger on the EV2, and the face is therefore a tad bit smaller. Here's a pic of the EV for comparison. |
