anyone out there have this installed in their truck to monitor "rail pressure"?
if so, how's the performance? installed mine today and it seems to be somewhat eratic. bad connection? IDK
it jumps up in pressure (milli-seconds) after the excellerator is applied and after the excell. is released, it will delay then, fall in pressure.
does a stepper motor work like this?
thanks for any education you throw my way

ignition-pink/yellow strip(large wire bundle located below parking brk
ground-aluminum frame above parking brk
dimmer-wire coming off of the dash dimmer switch
i believe that there was a diagram on here on "where to splice" for certain wiring goals. also try dieselmanor.com
The rail pressure tends to behave like that, the gauge is just responding to what the sensor is indicating. I assume it takes a little while for the pressure to bleed back down (at least it seems to take longer than it took to build it).
