e-bay....................they are cheap.I used one on my first HTT.The wastegate rod is a pain in the rear to adjust with the turbo on the truck.

Any of the $19.95 ones? Does any dodge one work with the HTT?

I just looked on e-bay.That price is high. There used to be some for $10.I just did a quick search and saw them for $15 from Source Automotive.Might do a little more digging and come up with something cheaper.

I made my own last night... the only cost was $.18 for the set screw. It took about 5 minutes total.

Terry...

What did you use? A brass valve with 1/8" barbs?

Well, not a valve, but yeah, a standard brass elbow with the barbs. I had to trim back on the barbs a little to be able to screw in. I did this also to the stock elbow used on the HE341.

But basically, using a #7 drill bit and a 1/4 coarse thread tap and long enough set screw to completely close off air passage if necessary. Using my aircompressor's regulator set to desired psi, I screw the elbow into the blow gun for the compressor, hook up the wastegate line and dial in the setscrew until the wastegate stops operating, back it off just enough that it starts to open and voila! I use thread lock to ensure it doesn't move.

Don't forget the bleed hole you have to drill.
