i was wondering if what if you took your intake tube from your factory box and made into 4 inch stainless and added the home depot kit. Does anyone have any replies to if that would help or waist of time or anything really i was just kinda curious thought about trying it and seeing what happend all replys appreciated thanks

 

I don't see why it wouldn't help some....not sure how much though

 

Money's spent better elsewhere, there's been alot of talk about the effectiveness of the aftermarket tubes, and the conclusion was that it wasn't worth the expense. At least that was my conclusion based on the reviews I read on aftermarket intake tubes.

From what I have read a 5" Exhaust is about as helpful as an Intake Tube...

 

LOL, tweeter. There is not a great intake-exhaust restriction on these engines. Save that money for a smarty!

 

If anything just get a straight thru muffler for your stock system....

 

it is straigh piped now with four well was but it all got loose and fell apart thought about just re doing it the person that had it befor me kinda jerry rigged the exhaust all up kinda messy so thought about just redoing it all only reason for doin the exhaust part. But not sure yet it wont go together hardly now since it came apart
