Ok, I installed my AFE Stage 2 and pulled my silencer ring. Would've taken pictures, but camera was MIA. Apparently the wife already packed it in the hospital bag. Found out after the fact. Shoudn't need pictures anyway. Extremely simple to remove. Pull snap ring, remove silencer. If you have the stock intake it might make a difference in sound. With an aftermarket intake, IT'S LOUD! I'm not sure I like too much. I'll give it some time, but for long trips I'll probably put it back in. Most people are wondering if there is a performance gain. There isn't. It just sounds cool. Got questions, will answer.
