Injector problems again!!!

I installed a used set of injectors in the truck this weekend and it didn't work out so well. With my old set my RP wouldn't go above 12k at wot. Now RP is where it is supposed to be but the truck sounds like crap!. At idle it is ok but anything after that it has what sounds to be loud injector noise. It is there at part throttle thru wot. I checked the valve lash to rule that out. The oil level doesn't seem to be rising, or it is very slowly. Any ideas on what to do now?

I have read that a missing copper washer on an injector can cause a loud tap. Maybe you double checked that already.

X2... non re-entrant injector spray angles on your 555 motor's re-entrant piston bowls could do that.

I don't think it is the tips they came out of an 05. the pn on the tip was 1039 i think. I decided to take them out and send them to don to get fixed and upgraded to flux 2. I think i am just going to sell my old ones on ebay.

Ah, so your truck is actually an 04.5 truck. Your signature says 04' and then 325/600. The HO motor of 04' was 305/555. If I am right, fix your signature. You had me confused for a moment.
