If u could build Or have built your own fuel system what would it consist of??
I would run a modifed stock (non in-tank version) to have a 1/2" fitting on it... From there I would go in this order..
1st filter Racor 1000FH31230
with a WIF sensor light in the cab.
Into a FS19596 with a WIF sensor in the cab (could possibly be hooked into the OEM WIF light), with a Fleetguard heater.
Into a Donaldson P551311 mounted in the engine bay.
Both heaters would be powered off a realy that is turned on by the OEM heater power.
This would provide 2 f/w seps with some of the best ratings out there. As far as filtration its a 30, 9, 2um filtration setup.
I would plumb a Raptor 150 GPH pump between the f/w seps and the final filter, if 2 f/w seps was too much restriction I would move the Raptor to between the Racor and FS19596.
Now for a more realistic setup, space and money wise look at the link in my sig. If you need an aux pump put it between the first f/w sep and the OEM canister. If possible you should have at least one f/w sep on the vacuum side.
