Own your own town-lol
Anyone ever want to own their own town, If so you need not look any further, I found this town for sale on ebay, not much to it but it'd be kinda cool to own.

Hey, you never know when something like that could be the right thing to do. My dad told me a story about when he was a young mining engineer working in a gold mine high up in the mountains of Colorado and had the opportunity to buy a small little mining town. If he had, I might have ended up as the mayor of Telluride instead of some broke hick paying a months salary for a ski pass .

Luckenbach still exists. I was there a couple of weeks ago. Awesome place.
Albert used to be called Martinsville, but was renamed by the Luckenbach family, (Albert and Minnie Luckenbach) whom also established the famous Luckenbach.
