You have a 6spd you will have to get a harness from Cummins to ground piin #22 on the B plug (about $15).. Then like the others posted you will have to get a dealer to engage it, they will probably want to install a clutch cut out switch as well for safety , this is not needed if you have half a brain..
Do a search for 5.9 high idle for additional info..
