help tuning smarty for towing

will be going to Daytona for Bike week on march the 4. I have not towed with my new setup. see my sig for mods. I have the Revo loaded on the Smarty. thanks

i will be pulling a 6x12 enclosed tamden axle with v nose and to bikes not a heavy load just want the best mileage and least amount of smoke

can a 6x12 even qualify as towing?

Use Timing #3 for towing. You really don't want the extra timing while towing.

I run beta 4.4 level 1, level 3 or level 5 no problems. just watch my pyro when i tow with level 7 or 9.

on 4.11 i ran level 7 and level 9 for the last 110k miles towing no ill effects from the timing. i keep WOT pyro temps at 1300 or below on long grades i typically run 1150-1200* and then just cruise to the top thats with a 14k lbs gooseneck trailer

Run lower TQ Mans for lower EGTs. The higher settings get it shifting at a lower RPM which get the EGTs up.
